This is a contemporary home in the Madison Valley area of Seattle, WA. Completed with the finest finishes using commercial and residential building materials. This was an original tear down that became an elegant custom home.

The home’s foundation was erected using pin pile foundation. The entry stairs are bent diamond plate and exterior is cement board imported and adhered using a rain screen application.  The interior has elegant tile, black stained hardwood floors.  The main floor deck is cantilevered and corbeled to achieve a floating suspended look. The garage doors are glass aluminum.
